File a Complaint
BBI wants you to be protected so you can file a complaint, post a review, tell us about a misleading advertisement, or report a scam. . There are some disputes BBI can offer mediation services to work through complaints with the hope to re-establish a good relationship.

We will contact the business(s) and see if there are options to rectify the issue, or if it is a complement we will post these on Yelp or Google reviews. Mediation is one option offered by BBI.
What Happens if a complaint if filed
- The business will be asked to respond within 14 buiness days.
- You will be notifed of the business's response when we receive notification (or if there is not response)
- Offer Mediation to resolve the dispute.
- We make ever effort to work with you and business to establish a equitable resolution
